The Guest - Techniques Imagine a world where people were go off of consequence and could make their own choices without worry of recoil from edict and other future implications. This report card focuses on Daru, a instructor in the French Colony of Algeria. Darus friend, a gendarme, asks him to prefer an Arabic prisoner to the police authorities in a nearby town. Daru is now faced with a difficult choice, whether to turn ware to the detested colonial authorities, or to allow the prisoner to go under his own destiny.
